Ku9t is always ready to reward your loyalty. From Silver to Diamond — every tier brings more benefits and bigger rewards.
The ku9t VIP Program spans four tiers — each one unlocking new benefits
The VIP Program is ku9t's way of giving back to its most dedicated players. The more time you spend on the platform, the greater the rewards you unlock. It's not just about bonuses — it's a relationship where ku9t genuinely values you as a player.
On many platforms, VIP simply means a slightly bigger deposit bonus. At ku9t, VIP means an entirely different experience — from a personal account manager and instant withdrawals to custom bonuses and exclusive tournaments, it all adds up to a premium gaming lifestyle.
Loyalty Points are at the heart of the ku9t VIP Program. Every time you place a bet on any game, points accumulate accordingly. Slots earn the most points, with Live Casino and Sports Betting also contributing. At the end of each month, your total wager is reviewed to determine your tier.
Reaching Silver tier is relatively straightforward, and that's where the perks begin. Tier progression is based on meeting monthly wagering targets — fall short in a given month and your tier may drop, so consistent play matters. Diamond, however, is a different story: it's invitation-only, and ku9t will reach out directly to eligible players.
For Gold members and above, ku9t assigns a dedicated account manager. This manager understands your gaming preferences, creates custom offers tailored to you, and resolves any issues directly. Instead of waiting in a general customer service queue, you can reach your manager straight away.
Sometimes a player has a strong preference for a particular game. Their manager keeps track of this and gives them advance notice of new tournaments or bonuses related to that game. This personal touch is what makes the VIP experience truly special.
One of the best perks of the VIP Program is weekly cashback. A set percentage of your weekly losses is returned directly to your account — 5% at Silver, 8% at Gold, 12% at Platinum, and up to 15% at Diamond. The cashback is credited straight to your balance and can be withdrawn under relatively low wagering requirements.
To put it in perspective — say you're a Gold member and you have a net loss of BDT 5,000 in a week. At 8%, you'd receive BDT 400 in cashback. It may seem small, but it adds up significantly over time. For Platinum and Diamond members the amount is even higher, making it a meaningful part of their gaming budget.
A slow withdrawal after a big win turns excitement into frustration. With the ku9t VIP Program, withdrawal speed increases with each tier. VIP members receive their funds far faster than standard members — Gold members within 24 hours, Platinum members within just 6 hours, and Diamond members almost instantly.
It's not just about speed — your withdrawal limits increase too. Platinum and Diamond members can withdraw significantly larger amounts at once, which makes a real difference for big winners.
Use your accumulated Loyalty Points in the ku9t store to redeem bonuses, free spins, and much more. The more you play, the more points you earn — and the more valuable your rewards become. Higher-tier members earn more points per bet; Diamond members earn 3x points compared to standard members.
Double or triple points are offered during special events and festivals. Playing certain featured games can also earn you bonus points. This points system keeps players motivated and makes every bet more rewarding.
Ku9t organizes exclusive tournaments and events for VIP members only. Regular players cannot participate, which means less competition and a much higher chance of winning prizes. Platinum and Diamond members also receive invitations to special annual events.
Ku9t sends special gifts to VIP members on birthdays and other occasions. It's not just about financial perks — it's the feeling of being genuinely valued. Being a ku9t VIP isn't only about bigger bonuses; it's about being part of an exclusive community.
